Drove an hour to Sheehy Nissan last night to buy a brand new Rogue. Worked with Tony (who was great) only to arrive and be told by a “manager” Abdi that they would now not honor the trade amount even though I brought in a written offer (which is what was asked for). What is art if I do not want you to take my car home did your service department not understand. After s conversation with Butch was expressed I did not want our car taken home and that my wife would be by to get our children’s car seats out if the back. He said the car would be there When she arrived they could not find our car. As I typed she is sitting waiting for them to bring our car back.
