Terrible customer service! After spending all day on and off the phone doing an online deal and getting my credit run several times through many different banks the manager calls me to let me know this is now a rushed situation because someone wants the vehicle that I’m planning to purchase shipped to another lot. I just had to leave a review about my amazing experience with these guys this morning. Nothing crazy, but just the epitome of excellent customer service. I'm a dealership in Stafford. We had an issue with the DMV recording the mileage for one of our vehicles incorrectly. In order to fix the issue, they required three years of service history records. So upon first glance everything was great. Yeah well truthfully it was the absolute worst most horrific experience I’ve ever had to deal with. I will never refer anyone to another Nissan dealership. The general manager or who ever it was had the audacity to call my office and demand my car be returned saying that I wasn’t returning phone calls or emails when in fact his staff are the most incompetent people I’ve ever had the displeasure of meeting. I took my car there for an oil change (as I have a maintenance package) and told the service manager, Mr Alexander Oliver that I just had my windows tinted and that they can not be rolled down. He assured me that it’s only an oil change and they will not touch the windows. When they pulled my car around both of the windows were down and I immediately reminded him told him the tint is now ruined and I will need to have it fixed. i got my car tinted & told them not to mess with my windows. they brought back my car with my windows down. i spoke Alexander Oliver and he told me to get it fixed and they will cover the cost. i went to get my car fixed and when i got home i called Alexander and told him how much they charged me. he told me “that’s ridiculous” and “i’m not paying for that” then hung up on me. this is absolutely ridiculous. i’ve tried to get in touch with him and he’s always unavailable. i will not be being my car to this dealership again. i... read more
My sister had her windows tinted in the morning and came to Sheehy in the afternoon for an oil change. Upon her arrival, she told the service advisor not to roll the windows down, as the tint needed to settle. He told her not to worry, yet her car was brought back with the windows down. Sheehy assured her - specifically a man named Alexander Oliver - that they would pay for her car to be retinted. She went to get her car's tint fixed the next day and informed Sheehy about the cost. This weekend I purchased a 2017 Kia Sportage from the Sheehy Nissan Manassas location. From the beginning of the greet I experienced great customer service. My husband and I had a very bad experience with Miller Toyota. After having the Highlander for 7 months we realized that because of that experience we wanted to wash our hands of anything to do with them. We had purchased a car from Sheehy Nissan a few other times and had a great experience. We went back to Nissan and worked very closely with the manager Sam Wali who worked miracles.
