Im purchasing a car while been in Germany and since I’m not physically there i have lots of unusual request and Mrs. Barbara Hoban is been really patience and really professional every step of the way. Great customer service and really looking forward to meet you guys and pick up by new toy.

Our salesman, Newton, was fantastic. I approached him with a list of needs and requirements for our new car and he brought us exactly what we were looking for. He had the car ready for a test drive when we pulled up and we were signed and delivered in no time. I'm huge on customer service. If I drive 45 minutes to look at a vehicle and I don't even get approached by anyone after roaming the parking lot for 15 minutes you'd best believe I have no problem driving 45 minutes back with my money in my pocket. Welp you lost a sale today Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis. Guess it wouldn't be so bad if I didn't have my eyes looked into by 3 different salesmen but I guess my money isn't green.

Took LX570 in for a minor issue. I was pleased that they under-promised but "over-delivered". They took care of two other issued I had but had forgotten to mention at check-in. Everyone... From diagnosis to completion were on their A-Game. I've been a Lexus owner for over 20 years and the level of Customer Service has a lot to do with it. Kudos guys!
