Vehicle shopping this past December(2018). My good friend Jason Galloway from sheehy Nissan of White March told me to go to Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis and someone would take good care of me. Walked in Newton Gentry asked if I needed help and it was smooth sailing from there. He was very professional, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. Outstanding customer service. Our salesman Shawn was amazing. He made sure our needs and wants were taken care of. He kept us informed throughout the process of purchasing our new car and even provided us with lunch. Five ⭐️ experience.
The team at Sheehy Lexus, led in my case by Jason Kulp, were professional, courteous and thorough. I spotted a car online on a Friday, test drove it with Jason on Saturday, followed up on Monday, and by Tuesday afternoon, Jason personally delivered the car to me at my convenience, not his, some 40 miles from the dealership. Very pleased with the entire experience.
Started process to purchase a vehicle and midway through I was told the car had been on the neighboring dealer’s lot and was actually sold. Based on that information, I purchased another (more expensive) car elsewhere. Since then, I have received FIVE price drop alerts on the exact vehicle. (Same VIN = same vehicle) I am very unhappy that I gave any of my information to this poorly managed dealership! On a positive note, I love the car I bought at Pohanka Nissan in Salisbury.
