Purchased a brand new UX on Thursday! Jamal Allen was my awesome salesman. He was kind, witty and chatted with my mom and I as if we were old friends. I stopped in to “test drive” the UX and he took the time to educate me on the car before I bought it! My husband wasn’t with me so he gave me the space to talk out my purchase with my husband several times and NEVER made me feel rushed! Picked up our certified used Lexus this past Saturday . Without a doubt the best car buying experience ever . The dealership is immaculate, Rayan Wiegand is a first class salesman , he really made us feel comfortable and took the time to explain everything to us . Had a great experience. Sales person (Shawn Ritter) listened to what I was looking for in the RX 350 and he found the SUV that matched my specifications. Specifically, Edward Jackson made my buying experience exceptional and exceeded my expectations. He listened to my vehicle purchase requirements (price & payment) and selected a vehicle that met all of my expectations. Edward seamlessly facilitated my finance process and I was driving off the lot in less than two hours. He also made sure I was introduced to the General Manager, which was an added bonus.
