We drove from lewes De to tell us they don't take our extended warranty that we have to go to a further location Towson or College Park MD or pay $200 to do a test that Lexus can only do on our RX350. Making the appt prior we were told Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis will waive all fees and take care of us with the extended warranty. Nope not at all!! Never again!! Oh and then service guy tells me "take it back to where you got it they'll do it ." Well Hertrich Toyota won't touch Lexus ... SMH GRR
