I have always had my car serviced here in Annapolis, but yesterday unexpected events required me to buy a new car. My experience from start to finish was phenomenal. My sales advisor, Grant, was knowledge, thorough, and most importantly he listened and never "pushed" me. The finance department quickly provide me with a run down of numbers to help narrow down my choices. I honestly could go on and on, the bottom line my experience more than exceeded my expectations. Thank you to all of the team members!!
I have always received excellent service! My visit yesterday was awesome I needed to ask a few questions and I was given 100% customer service! A young lady passing by heard me ask for someone she stepped in said I will get him for you little things go a long way! Great job to this team keep up the great work!
Chris is my Service Advisor and I couldn't be happier with him and the entire staff at Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis. It's never a problem getting an appointment. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Their waiting area is beautiful, it doesn't feel like an inconvenience having your vehicle serviced.
