So I just left the Lexus of Annapolis dealership at 11am and was turned away because I didn't have an appointment for my scheduled maintenance?! I wasn't even given the option to wait?! I will not be returning back. Poor customer service. I'm sticking with Lexus of Rockville.

Absolutely love this dealership. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. I will never purchase form another dealership. Chris Thomas and Jason Kulp are amazing.
