The staff is phenomenal. All of our dogs have received the most loving care, from cancer to acupuncture to routine health visits. They have saved my dogs life and held my hand numerous times when we had to say goodbye. Their character and their abilities are immeasurable. They have gone above & beyond for us and we will always take our furry family members to them for outstanding care.
I will give 2 stars because the front desk staff are nice. The issue is that's where it stops. The place is very money hungry. The associate vet saw my dog twice. Paid 230 1st visit and 103 second visit. The one ear issue looked at on both visits still hasn't been resolved. They keep charging office visits for the same issue! I called today and asked if they would look at his ear again a third time without another office visit fee. Would not recommend if you care at all about your pet. Took my English Bulldog there and was diagnosed with arthritis and hypothyroidism and sent home with a followup scheduled 5 days later. 2 days later took him back and saw a different vet who immediately (and correctly this time) diagnosed him with heart failure and he passed away 5 hours later at MedVet emergency pet center. Had to take our very large dog who does not like strangers in because of swelling and pain on his nose. The staff was exceptional! Our regular vet just lost our business! We will be returning with Newton for all our vet needs!
Love everyone there! And love Dr Jude! They def go above and beyond for my dog and my grandmothers dogs. They help us out in every way they can. The proper care for our babies is priceless.. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks to everyone at Sheabel! Happy fur momma 10+ years and counting
