Took my two dogs to get groomed there and Shondra was absolutely fantastic. She did the best job I have ever seen with my two pups who aren't the easiest to groom merely because they are so furry! My only complaint is all the vaccines that they require you have before even allowing your pet to be groomed, a little too excessive in my opinion but Shondra made it worth the while.
I can't imagine taking my 3 girls anywhere else. Time and again when I have needed Dr. Jude, she has been there for my dachshunds morning, noon, night, weekends, anytime! She is always thorough in explaining what they need, why, and giving me options. I have been with Sheabel for over 25 years (Dr. Gentry was our first vet!) and no matter what the circumstance, they have stood the test time and again.
My Cat Louie had to go to Sheabel recently. For a major issue and for his yearly. I absolutely LOVED the care he got. I had no worries about him having stay over night and I wanted them to keep him because they could care for him better over night than I could. They explained everything that needed to be done and how to make him feel better. BEST VET IN LEXINGTON!!! They saved my dog Molly, who had Parvo! Their entire staff worked very hard and updated me each day! Their treatment plan and quick action is why she's alive today!! I absolutely love them all!! Thank you so much for taking such good care of Molly! God Bless!
I can't say enough about how wonderful Sheabel's staff is. They are good hearted, caring, knowledgeable people who love animals. Last night, I had to put my dog, Phoebe, to sleep. They went above and beyond to be understanding and kind. They even gave her a whole bag of treats before, and stayed open late without rushing me. Thank you Sheabel for everything!
Dr. Arnold took such good care of my Scarlett when she was very ill last Tuesday. She was thorough with her diagnosis (full panel of blood work) and was able to rule out any problems with her organs and organ systems and provided exactly the right treatment for my 13 year old canine.
