The employees were very nice but they are so outrageous in prices that I don't know who could afford it!!
We've been going to Sheabel for over 14 years. We've been through a lot of changes with Sheabel over the years, and Dr Lynch who is no longer with them and Dr. Jude have been our veterinarians and have provided excellent care of our fur babies. We have had challenging issues over the years, with age, cancer, arthritis, Mast Cell, you name it, that has been met with excellent care and compassion. Wouldn't trust our dog and 20 yr old cat to anyone else. Dr. Jude is wonderful.

I've boarded my schnauzer at sheabel before and never had a problem. I also never had him bathed before pickup because he never needed it. Today however he was COVERED IN WET URINE. I expect some kennel smell but covered in urine indicates neglect to me. I had to wrap the poor thing in plastic before I could put him in my car! I guess the moral is to get the bath but I still say his condition indicates neglect. I think I'll try a pet sitter next.
The staff at Sheabel always take incredibly good care of my dog - I drive from Richmond to go there.
