As an ode to his Israeli roots, Chef Alon Shaya created Shaya as an innovative restaurant with elements borrowed from his Middle-Eastern ancestry. Wow, where to start. This place is honestly some of the best Mediterranean food I’ve had. The endless fresh wood fired pita and delicate dips are to die for. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good meal.
