Shaya was welcoming, light filled, and casually decorated. The fresh baked pita reminded us of mornings in Turkey. hot ekmek everyday 😊 zahtar and oil, baba ganoush, ikra, lehtenitsa, stuffed eggplant, and avocado toast topped with pink peppercorns, radishes, and smoked whitefish. watermelon in a signature cocktail or with fresh mint in a mocktail was refreshing. I wish that I could bring Shaya home with me, so I could eat there regularly. Great food, friendly staff, and a handwritten birthday card for Linda.
