As an ode to his Israeli roots, Chef Alon Shaya created Shaya as an innovative restaurant with elements borrowed from his Middle-Eastern ancestry. To the wait staff, atmosphere and food everything was beyond my expectations. The food was so full of flavor and the presentations where great. My boyfriend and I love trying new places to eat and this place will definitely be one of our favorites!
