About this business

As an ode to his Israeli roots, Chef Alon Shaya created Shaya as an innovative restaurant with elements borrowed from his Middle-Eastern ancestry. Thanks so much for the hospitality during my wife's birthday. We enjoyed every dish. We had been looking forward to dining here for a while and it was all that we expected. Service was great, as well as the timing. Will be back!

Have to agree with what a friend said -- Acropolis is the best Med restaurant in the area. I was expecting the world and got slightly above average Med food. I can surmise that its critical acclaim derives from the chef's Beshian pedigree and the novelty of the food's provenance.
