Rare occurrence finding a Sainsbury's in South Wales. Made as change from. The other Supermarkets
This is a veterinary practice and normally very good. But, some medication they provide are for humans and can be bought from a pharmacy cheaper. I had some eye drops prescribed by the vet at the cost if £46.37 which was 3 times the price from the chemist, I shall think twice before I go again and will now always ask for the price first and if it can be bought elsewhere.
Not the first time I’ve had a poor experience with this clinic. Today, I waited 35 minutes in an empty clinic, only for the vet to come in and start googling my dog’s symptoms— left the room for another 15 minutes. Completely unprofessional. Would not recommend and definitely will not be coming back. 0 stars
Misty enjoyed her visit today,it always seems to wear her out but she loves going as she gets treats from the nurses x
