Really lovely staff, receptionists, nurses and doctors all very friendly and understanding. Wait times are too long. Haven’t been able to find another service as good.
They never pick up your call , every time you call get the same message unfortunately all operators are busy call back later ,when is this later ?? No response to emails either. If they can’t provide service don’t waste our tax money

Went today to get the implant and the lady (think she was called Jill) was amazing. She was so patient with me and ensured I was okay before I left. Couldn’t have asked for a better nurse!
I went to the clinic today to get my implant removed, it had expired 3 years ago. I was very anxious about this appointment and procedure but Jill was fantastic. She let me get comfortable, move the bed so my partner can be opposite my face and talked to me throughout. A very safe and comfortable experience. Thank you Jill.
