Dr. Gilmore is always up-to-date with the latest technologies in dentristy. She has a great demeanor with her patients. I recommend her to all my friends!
I have been going to Dr. Gilmore for about 7 years I think and have been happy with her and her staff since day 1! They offer the best care with the most up to date practices. I have had 1 crown that Dr. Gilmore did for me and it has never given me any troubles. It is comfortable and looks great. I wish my other crown (done by another dentist) were as nice. Dr. Shauna Gilmore is both the kindest and best dentist we've ever had. Our kids were in elementary school when we were referred to her, and she is great with kids as well as adults. She went out of her way to work with us on our billing when my husband was "activated" for Iraqi Freedom and we were on military insurance. Furthermore, she is the first dentist I don't dread going to!
Dr. Gilmore really cares about the health and well being of each of her patients. She stays on the cutting edge of her profession and goes as holistic as possible with her procedures. I've recommended several of my friends and clients to her all with great results! Her office is beautifully decorated and they do everything possible to make me comfortable and relaxed. Going to the dentist doesn't have to be stressful!
She is not only my trusted dental care giver but my good friend. We discuss prodedures ahead of time, and she is receptive to my input. Her saving of my 4-unit anterior bridge (placed by a previous dentist.)was a piece of outstanding skill so much so that even the insurance company didn't believe it could be done. It's been working for several years now.. My wife's 4-unit bridge developed problems, and Doctor Gilmore's response was, "It's supposed to last a lifetime," as she replaced it free of charge.
Dr. Gilmore is by far the best dentist our family has been to. She has seen myself, husband, and our son. She cares about you and takes time to listen. She uses equipment and procedures that are most beneficial to you. I have extremely sensitive teeth and am hard to numb. She never makes me feel like a hassle or anything. She works until I am completely comfortable. SHe has come in 2 times on her off days to correct issues that I have had. I can't say enough about Dr. Gilmore. Relatively new to Dr. Gilmore, but I like her and her staff a lot! Very high level of customer service. Most pleasant surroundings and atmosphere I've ever experienced in a dental office. I also get a strong feeling of competence in her and her staff. They are very thorough, but don't seem to oversell their services either.
I am dental phobic--thanks to Dr. Gilmore I can report I am no longer phobic!! The doctor and her wonderful staff put me at such ease , I actually fell asleep. The rooms are peaceful and spotless. A spa menu (such as paraffin dip , neck pillow, and blankets) is available. Of course, Dr. Gilmore's patient, knowlegeable, and kind manner are extremely reassuring. She is gentle and considerate. Dr. Shauna and all her staff are wonderful. I live outside Colorado so need to travel to Denver. I have had to cancel many appointment due to closed or bad roads and they are always understanding about changing appointments for me. I had a tooth that they put a crown on that two other dentists told me was not savable. I enjoy my visits and would and have recommended Dr. Shauna to many of my friends here at home.
