I have been seeing Dr. Gilmore for ten years. I have terrible teeth; she and her staff have deal with my problems with courtesy and respect. Twice in the last three years I had symptoms which required thorough dental exams for potentially serious medical issues; again, she and her staff were supportive and professional. In addition to her cosmetic talents, Dr, Gilmore takes her role as a medical practitioner seriously. Her clinic is a 30-minute drive from our house; would not consider going elsewhere.
I had stopped seeing a dentist for about a year and a half before being referred to Dr. Gilmore. I had seen her on TV with a friend as her patient. I immediately called my friend and asked what her true opinion was of Dr. Gilmore and her office. Everything was positive and I made an appointment. Dr. Gilmore could not have been a better choice. My son and I had tough schedule constraints that she was able to accommodate - took care of all our dental needs in a short period of time, in a very professional yet relaxing manner. Hygienist and assistant excellent as well. Re: receptionist - the best I've ever experienced - she sorted out a tangle of insurance issues for me, making even the financial aspects of going to the dentist much less painful.
Dr. Gilmore is a top-notch dentist using the latest techniques and equipment. It is obvious that her staff members communicate well, respect one another, and constantly strive to make the patient's experience positive. I feel great walking into the office, and I always trust that my treatment will be appropriate and done right. Our entire family loves Dr. Gilmore.
I would like to introduce Dr. Gilmore, not only as a top of the line dentist who does excellent work with any dental procedures, but as one of the nicest people I have met who truly cares about all her patients. As refugees, we had an extremely difficult time settling down in this area, and finding a good dentist was the last thing on our mind. I have had multiple procedures by Dr. Gilmore, and she has always done an excellent job. She is calming, explains things well, and I have full confidence in her. All of her staff are very kind and very competent. I had several rough experiences at "factory" dentist shops, before I met Shauna. I will follow her whever she goes , now.
Dr. Gilmore takes all of the stereo typical feelings about going to the dentist and puts them to rest! Have known her for 4 years. I am not an easy patient. Between breathing through my mouth, low tolerance for oral pain and high sensitivity to everything poked in my mouth, Dr. Gilmore has made my visits comfortable and relaxed.
