Dr. Gilmore is the best dentist that I have ever used. You will never find a more relaxed atmosphere nor a more professional staff anywhere. She continually studies and brings to her patients the best of what is new in the practice of dentistry. Although I live in the far notrh/west part of the metro area, I would rather make the drive than trust my teeth to anyone else. My wife and I have been using Dr Gilmore as our dentist since my parents told us about her 4 years ago. Everything has been wonderful in our mouths since! Shauna took the time to get to know us and even helped with my wifes fear of the dentist. It makes the experience even better with her wonderful staff.
Hi, I have read through most of the other reviews and this dentist office may seem to good to be true, because almost everywhere you go it seems to me that customer service has taken a fall. However, this for this dentist and staff, they have harnessed that value. A friend referred me to Dr Gilmore when I was frustrated with my dentist Perfect Teeth, for 30 min wait times, cold environment and what I found out to be a list of work that I did not need. Dr. Gilmore was highly recommended to me by my brother when I told him I needed a lot of dental work done. I needed to get my gums healthy again, a couple of cavities filled, a crown on a broken tooth and to have old crowns replaced on my top front teeth. I am in the middle of having my front teeth done. I have temporary crowns now while they're making the permanent ones. The temporaries look 100% better than my old crowns so I can't wait to see the end result. Dr. Gilmore and her staff are exceptional. My experience has been great in all aspects. I hadn't been to a dentist for many years so I had some catching up to do. Yes, like a health spa! I look forward to getting a parifan treatment for my hands, love the calm atmosphere and the great results from my cleaning to replacment of old fillings and everything in between. Penny McBain
I have been to many dentists because I have lived in several places. Since I have lived in Denver I have already tried 3 other Dentists and finally I found Dr. Gilmore. She is very nice, smart, honest and very good about explaining everything. I felt very pampered and important. I highly recommend her.
I've never seen a professional office that provides better ambience...lighting, design, accoutrements and services -- even a lovely bathroom, all designed to make the patient feel very comfortable. Nice touches include complimentary hand-waxing, audio player, neck pillow, blankets, and more. There is great reading in the waiting room, but I've never had to wait more that a few minutes. Everything about our visits to Dr. Gilmore was positive. It was easy to get an appointment; the staff was friendly and helpful and understanding; treatment was easy to schedule, pain free and professionally done. We were new patients and were leaving within days for a trip and Dr. Gilmore was willing and able to work us in to get the necessary work done.
I came to Dr. Gilmore for a second opinion on a major proceedure. Her consultation wasn't to do the extreme (and expensive proceedure). She did what was best for me, not for her. She is very kind, yet thorough.
