What a refreshing experience, from a dentist no less! The entire staff cares about you as a person and they have a wonderful chairside manner. As a new patient you are given a tour of the office and are introduced to each staff member that will be working with you. The patient service is outstanding and the environment is friendly and welcoming. An added bonus are the complimentary relaxation services offered.
Dr. Gilmore is the best! I am terrified of the dentist and had been avoiding getting some much needed work done for over a year because I was scared to try a new dentist. I needed a crown, filling, and some work done on my gums around my wisdom teeth. She was so caring and made sure I was as relaxed as possible and the entire procedure (over 3 hours) was pain free. I always hated going to the dentist prior to finding Dr. Gilmore. She and her staff not only make the trip as painless as possible, they make it fun and pampering as well. They thoroughly explain everything they are going to do and why they feel it is necessary. They are responsive to my needs and made it possible for me to do 4 filling replacements all in one sitting with very little pain. For anyone who is afraid of the dentist or hates the dentist because of the pain, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Gilmore and her staff.
The most comfortable and relaxing dental experience you'll find. Everyone is very friendly, they're helpful, and they explain things. They try to make things easier on you, and the hand wax treatment helps you relax. And the skills, knowledge, treatments, and equipment are all top notch. Just the best.
I moved to the Denver area about 3 years ago and was referred to Dr. Gilmore. Dr. Gilmore and her staff are very professional and truly care about me as an individual. I found them to be very thorough in every aspect especially explaining recommended procedures. I am also impressed that when I arrive for a scheduled appointment, there is no waiting like in other professional offices as they respect the time of their patients.
Dr. Gilmoure is the one of the best if not the best dentist I've ever used. She and her staff were very professional and yet warm and truly interested in your comfort and you as a person. My initial cleaning was thorough. I had some additional work that needed to be done at another appt. I feel Dr. Gilmoure did a fabulous job and even went the extra mile to perfect her work cosmetically. I am quite pleased. This is going to sound cliche, but WOW is all I can say about Dr Gilmore. I am an terrified adult patient who just won't go to the dentist unless an emergency. One came up. I had a broken tooth that also caused me sinus issues. Once we met, Dr Gilmore took over and made my visit a very pleasant one. The hand wax was warm and relaxing, I had a warm blanket to hold. earphones to not hear the sounds and an eye mask not to see anything happening. I never felt the tooth extraction at all. Our family has been delighted with Dr. Gilmore's dental practice. The office staff is friendly and accommodating. They work hard to make sure your visit is as stress-free as possible. They offer parafin wax treatments for your hands while you are in the dentist chair (very nice bonus : ) Dr. Gilmore built up our daughters to "peg" canine teeth and they look absolutely beautiful - PERFECT! I've known Dr. Shauna Gilmore for only a short time but I can testify that she is a very kind , caring and generous person. She's very knowlegeable and precise in what she does. Her office is very welcoming and can make you feel calm and relax. The whole staff is personable and knowledgeable. I have a very limited time to stay here in US but her office was able to fit me in to their schedule. Dr. Shauna did numerous fillings and root canal and all went well.
