Dr. Cho has a great bedside manner, he explains everything thoroughly, and listens to what you have to say. I have never felt like he was rushing to another appointment. He has always made me feel like I was the only appointment he had. I moved 2.5 hours away and I still come to see him. His office staff are incredible too! They make me feel like I am part of the family. I couldn’t recommend him and his staff any higher.
It was a very positive experience. There was little to no wait time and Dr. Cho was very kind and patient in explaining the procedure and reasons for the procedure.
On time,professional and explained things clearly. His assistant was also efficient and professional in doing the preliminary tasks. Overall, a very efficient office that I would not hesitate to recommend. Ernie Giachetti, D.D.S.
