Asked calling for a quote and they refused and said I have to come in person due to competitors. Not very helpful.
Super helpful. I only needed a couple of tap cartridges, but with literally hundreds of different makes/models, going to one of the big DIY chains wasn't an option. These guys were more than happy to help, found exactly what I needed, which worked first go - couldn't have been easier. And then when I got home and fitted them, I found out the existing screws (cartridges don't come with the tape head screw for some reason) didn't fit, they were happy for me to drop back and gave me the required screws free of charge. Sunny great guy did good job
I got recommended to buy a new sink and new vanity unit from this place. I feel like I was overcharged for the item as could’ve got it cheapest somewhere else I found later… Also recently I’ve noticed that the handles weren’t put on correctly and inside the cupboard the bracket has been broken the whole time which is not good after spending £300 on this item.
