Unreliable and bad at communicating. Booked a home design visit for 13:30 pm today, they called very suddenly to delay it for an hour. 14:30 pm rolls in, still hasn't arrived and cancelled the appointment all together. Very disappointing for someone who is busy and also has other arrangements.
Unfortunately I did not read the reviews before to call them, otherwise I was thinking twice. Wardrobe was not what discussed but they play well with what I signed Terrible customer service. Go somewhere else
Quite an extensive range of furniture shown here, and all nicely fitted. Staff is very kind and knowledgeable, Stephanie was giving us lots of useful advice!
