I absolutely love the new MTB wheels that Ben built for me - Venn rims, Hope hubs, Sapim spokes - sweet! I raced them recently at a Torq enduro, and 6 hours felt more like 30 mins - they were that good! Get in contact with Ben if you need new wheels (road or MTB) - he's knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. What's more - he's also a nice guy, which makes the experience all the more enjoyable.
Definitely the best service I’ve ever received in the cycling world. Ben is a pleasure to deal with and an absolute wheel guru.
I cannot rate Ben highly enough - the process from start to finish was brilliant. He built me a set of Enve SES5.6 wheels which are absolutely amazing. The wheels arrived tubeless taped and Ben talked me through which tubeless tyres were better in terms of performance and tubeless fitting. Amazing knowledge, customer service and a great set of wheels.
Great bespoke service start to finish not to mention the best upgrade I have ever made to a bike! Game change!
