Would like to thank the staff for the great care I received the last two days. The wait was what I expected for an emergency room. The rooms and the beds were cozy. They also had a good selection of movies and cable channels which allowed me to watch Game 1 & 2 of the world series. The nursing staff was very kind, professional and cared about my comfort & needs (Ramiro & Alexis). The Doctors were great and asked a thousand questions in their investigation & diagnosis. HORRIBLE experience. I understand it's a busy place full of people who are just at work, but I've truly never been treated and spoken to so poorly by any medical professionals. Ever. I don't think I would come back to their medical offices or emergency services if my life was in danger. I'd much rather be taken somewhere farther away to receive better quality care. Awful, terrible experience.

Thank you all for all your great support and help. It's my first day home and I already miss all my nurses and cna's at the hospital and my nutritionist Erwin. Had my double mastectomy here, in Nov 2014, and, continue to get cancer treatment, at the David and Donna Long Cancer Center, next door. I have received nothing,but, excellent care here. Keep up the good work!

Emergency waiting room is insane !! Waited at least 31/2 hours to see a doctor ! 70 rooms and all full!! But all excellent once I got in ..Great nurses & doctors, got admitted & that was all good too , nice big room , good food , except I got a crazy gal in my room , even tried to get in my bed ...
