Brought my mother in law in after a quadruple bypass for blood clot/cellulitis and after sitting in the ER for over 5 hours she only got attention when she started having chest pain! This by far is the worst ER I have ever been to with no regards to their patients!!! If I had a choice I wouldn't take a dying dog to this ER!!!

I had to take my one year old to the ER yesterday for a tongue laceration. The nurses and doctors were incredible. It's slow moving in any ER, they're very busy, but they did their best to get things going. They checked in on us as much as possible and were very compassionate to my baby. One nurse even made her a glove balloon :). The team they assembled was awesome and the surgery they did was meticulous. I wish I remembered names so I could thank them individually. The amount of unprofessionalism I've witnessed at this ER today is disgusting. We (and many other patents) had to wait hours to be seen, nurses were rolling they're eyes at, and not even looking at/acknowledging patients. Patients weren't helped when they were clearly suffering. When I say suffering, I don't just mean sick and waiting hours. Worst hospital, no one told me what was happening to my dad, if i ask all the answers were "i don't know" no help at all from their social workers and case managers made me and my sister feel like trash, asking us every single day to take our father out of the hospital even knowing he was very sick, if could guve this hospital a 0 star i would but i can't

My wait was 4 hours but it was worth the wait. They ran a lot of test and don't one right after the next. I only have good things to say.
