Awesome place to go when you need emergency tx and even in critical care in service stay. My mom went in Saturday night .RN the Filipino gentlemen assisted us n helping my mom all the way. At the West Critical Care building 5th floor all who help my mom thanks and God Bless you all Very courteous, professional ,the room looks nice

Pay parking seems a bit caddy, very difficult to get around I side and find rooms. Do many elevators, signage for navigation is not clear and there is not enough.
What an all around fantastic experience! I have been a patient in the outpatient infusion center for the last couple of weeks. The entire staff, RN's, and support staff have all been so friendly, helpful, warm and most importantly extremely skilled in their field. As I work in the health care industry, I am well versed in the importance of infection control. Best and quickest urgent care experience ever! I was checked in and seen within 20 min, with a diagnosis, Rx and release within 10 after that. Sarah at the front desk was incredibly kind and efficient as was Joshua who took me in to the care area to be seen by the doctor. Well done team and thank you!
