I had my first reflexology session last week and I wasn’t sure what to expect. Sharon is such a kind and caring lady who empathised with my condition and explained what’s involved and how it could help. I was made to feel very comfortable , and I even dozed off during my session. I started to feel immediate improvement in my condition during my session, and so will most definitely be returning and would highly recommend Sharon. Thank you Sharon! I’m looking forward to my next session 🥰
I had my first reflexology session approximately 10 days ago. Sharon was great and it was a pleasant and insightful experience, I would definitely recommend and look forward to having another session in future. After this session I also had the shortest period I’ve had in a very long time and long periods was something I’d mentioned struggling with so I was very pleased with this outcome.

Very professional and friendly. Covid rules followed. First time in months feet feel relaxed. Hope body soon follows. Shoulders have dropped already.
