Zero customer service. Went to collect my BRP as next door neighbour which was delivered from HO. The so called solicitor asked how long you living here, he never saw us before. Seriously?? You are not my landlord or agent. Thats none of your business isn’t it?You should hand over my BRP as soon as I showed my ID. As simple as it is. I don’t how he called himself lawyer 🤦♂️
