I previously left a review but it seems to have disappeared!!! My legal fees came in at £3,195 vs a quote of £1,925! Simple first time buyer with good credit and no delays. Basically feel like they took advantage with the add on fees! As a solo buyer that money makes a huge difference and when you get the completion statement they have you over a barrel as you can’t challenge them without loosing your deposit or delaying completion!
