Worst customer client experience. They’re everything you don’t want in a solicitor. They don’t return calls, you have to beg to get a phone call back. Buying your first house is extremely stressful and they don’t help at all but the contrary they make it even more stressful. This is my second time writing a review and this is my first bad review but it had to be done because this company is absolutely horrific. Terrible, we eventually got them to pull their finger out and get on with the process of moving house. Constantly trying to chase and send letters and phone calls and at the end of everything, they then say: ‘sorry we don’t take credit card, only bank transfer.’ Want my advice? Stay well away, other solicitors are far more efficient and actually allow credit card payment.
