I cannot say enough positive things about shapes. The staff is friendly, professional, personal, they give you a sense of caring . I love it there. The classes are fantastic, one on one training is great and affordable. They do not try to push anything on you, like most gyms do. It’s clean , bright, fun place to exercise . Classes- Barre.Zumba,Ripped, trifecta, yoga and so must more They have everything you can think of .
I love it, is an amazing Gym � wonderful service, I love the classes and I’m very happy to be a member of shapes fitness for women I would not change it for any other �
I’m loving the classes so far! Lost 7lbs already in two weeks!
I’m so happy Shapes is open. I’ve already done Barre and Pump and loved them both. Pump was Amazing today. I also did my measurements and scheduled my start up. I’m looking forward to getting back in shape. Something hard to do if you have a little one at home. The childcare makes it possible to get to the gym. What a great addition to our community!!
