Amazing Gym! Staff is nice and welcoming, the facility is so clean, the classes are so amazing, if you are women and want to get in shape for the new year, you need to sign up! Also is very clean and neat!
A very clean gym with a great variety of classes...... Something for everyone!
What I like the most about Shapes is the variety of group classes available. They make sure that somebody who has the same time available to work out throughout the week, can still take advantage of all that they offer; cardio exercises, strength exercises, stretch and meditation exercises. I highly recommend it.
Carmen is my personal trainer and she is just so fantastic !! The classes are a lot of fun as well and the equipment is well maintained.
