what ever you do dont let these do any work in your home the trades are good at job but office staff and managers should ride horses and wear steyson hats right bunch of cowboys set lads to fit bathroom including a walk in bath only to work out 3 days in didnt have theBATH and to top it had trades [ good workers cant fault] in house for 3 weeks in feb with doors wide open result DISABLED PERSON ENDED UP WITH PHNEMONIA AND NEARLY DIED and to top it all off they still not finished the job properly
Absolute cowboys. We’re employed by the council to fit two sliding doors as I’m in a wheelchair. The doors were deemed unfit for purpose. They didn’t even cover the doorway. All the woodwork is unfinished with splints and holes I’ve been left for months without them coming to replace them, the communication is absolutely diabolical, rubbish was just dumped in the bin. Ordered a disability bathroom October 2022. We were so excited as this would mean so much independence for our son. Shape never ordered the tiles/flooring that we picked. (Which was just across the road from them) Shape didn’t order and fit the parts we wanted. We had to purchase these and deduct from the bill. Pocket doors were not ordered or installed. Bath was not as ordered and not fitted correctly. When altering the ceiling hoist we had to get the manufacturer in to fix what they had done wrong! Bathroom is still not fi... read more
