Great family owned building company That supports many causes.
I bought an apartment off Shanly Homes 4 years ago. Whilst some of their cheapskate ways were immediately obvious. Others took a while to discover. Let me give a short list: 1) zero insulation of internal walls. If you want sleep in a bedroom, you better hope no one is still watching TV in the living room 2) carbon monoxide detector fitted to the ceiling...carbon monoxide is heavier than air.
