Shankland Barraclough are professional and well organised agents. They have a particularly strong board presence around the Otley area and work with efficiency, speed and offer maximum exposure for your property. We have dealt with them since opening and cannot recommend them highly enough.
From the initial visit to the sale of the property the customer service provided by the team was outstanding. A very professional and yet friendly service, providing timely updates and keeping up to progress chasing every step of the way. A special thank you to Jeremy and Liz. It would have been stressful without your knowledge and advice. The help you have provided totally exceeded all of our expectations. Customer service of this standard is very hard to find. I cannot recommend this Agency highly enough.
We cannot recommend Shankland and Barraclough more! They dealt with our house purchase brilliantly! We had been viewing properties with them since last year and Jeremy made a promise that he would find us our dream home this year and he did just that! Liz was so efficient and helped chase up the process when required! I have dealt with many estate agents over the years but never one as friendly and accommodating.
