We strive to use high quality organic or premium local grown ingredients for all of our products.. We have a small simple menu so we can focus on the highest quality cuisine. We also source our own tea from my own farm in Fujian, China.

Delicious Dim Sum! Best dumplings I have had. The atmosphere is so relaxing and the tea excellent. The owner Shang is so friendly and spent time with us.

Bought a few different teas today, including the 1oz White Tea Puerh that I've read so much about - very clean tasting loved it! Decided to return an hour later to order lunch from Dim Sum because the food looked so good. Got the Chicken & Rice, and an order of Dumplings to go - more food than I needed, but I knew I'd have to share at the office when people heard I got food from the tea house. It's a win-win! It was my first time at Shang tea. Great location in crown center yet quiet. The premium sampler of teas was a great starter pack to see what they have to offer. None of them disappoint. Can't wait to go back for dim sum and their jade selection.

We went twice in 24 hours we liked it so much! Amazing tea. Dumplings, tea eggs and chicken rice bowl we're also amazing. The tea eggs were our favorite by far. The owner is so nice and really has a passion for tea and his business. Can't wait to go back!

Check this tea shop Dim Sum out! Order online if you are not in the area. This is the best tea I have ever had the pleasure to enjoy. I will be ordering from them as of now. Their Jasmin is just to melt over. We went into their shop and the man that greeted us was absolutely wonderful. A man named Caleb sampled several teas with us and told us all about the man Shang that owns the tea shop and how this shop came to be.
