We strive to use high quality organic or premium local grown ingredients for all of our products.. We have a small simple menu so we can focus on the highest quality cuisine. We also source our own tea from my own farm in Fujian, China.

Amazing tea, rice and dumplings are incredible. Moon cakes are unique and flavorful. Highly recommend
We’ve been in Kansas City all week for Folk Alliance International. We were blessed to find Shang Tea on our first day. We’ve been visiting daily for lunch and dim sum. The dumplings are amazing and they are not loaded with additives and preservatives. And the tea is simply wonderful. Classic Red, Honeysuckle White, and Honeysuckle Ginger are our mainstays, but we are going home with a White Pu er tea. If you’re in Kansas City, don’t miss Shang Tea and Dim Sum.
My friend and I immensely enjoyed the chicken soup on the lunch menu today. Thank you Shang!!!
I been walking by here for years. So today I had Time I stopped in. Kyle was very welcoming..And listening to what types I need in a tea. So I tried aged white tea. And a white Honeysuckle tea. And I bought Large Sitka Tea Maker.. Think I liked the aged better. But excellent service will be back
