We strive to use high quality organic or premium local grown ingredients for all of our products.. We have a small simple menu so we can focus on the highest quality cuisine. We also source our own tea from my own farm in Fujian, China.

We drive an hour just to sit and sip tea in this beautiful shop. It's a peaceful environment and all of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The teas are fantastic and all of the food is delicious. We love the tea eggs, dumplings, and mooncakes. We enjoy talking with the staff, and owner, Shang. Definitely worth the trip to Crown Center.

We had a lovely time celebrating my Mom's birthday at Shang Tea! The food, teas, and atmosphere were all wonderful!! Shang and his employee, Kyle, were very knowledgeable and made us feel most welcome. We can't wait to go again!
