We strive to use high quality organic or premium local grown ingredients for all of our products.. We have a small simple menu so we can focus on the highest quality cuisine. We also source our own tea from my own farm in Fujian, China.

Amazing tea, amazing Dim Sum and amazing service!
The space is decorative and very classy. The Aged White Tea I got was delicious. The customer service I received from Kyle was phenomenal. I highly recommend!
If you find yourself at the Westin Crown Center or the shops here, make a point to stop in at Shang Tea. Give yourself time to explore new “real” tea! You will not be sorry.

Excellent tea! I love the Poa Blossom White tea. The Red Teas are my favorites. Beautiful jewelry and excellent repair on jewelry
Lovely atmosphere, several tea choices prepared expertly. We enjoyed the lotus and red bean moon cakes, but they serve a wonderful lunch as well.
Delicious longevity soup! Just what I needed.
