We strive to use high quality organic or premium local grown ingredients for all of our products.. We have a small simple menu so we can focus on the highest quality cuisine. We also source our own tea from my own farm in Fujian, China.

RecommendedThe BEST tea shop in the Midwest, hands down and Kansas City’s best kept secret! Real leaf tea, hand selected by the owner. I’ve been a patron for over a decade, and even after moving states away, I still get my tea from Shang. My favorite is the White Tea Oolong, but I also love the Tangerine Blossom Red and Kung Fu Classic Red.
I discovered Shang Tea at the tea event in Kansas City a couple of years ago. Their tea really stood out in flavor, which made me seek out their little shop in Crowne Center, which is so cute and inviting. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend. The Snow Dragon tea (jasmine white tea) is my absolute favorite.
