Best dentist I have EVER been to. The staff is always friendly. Along with making sure your teeth stay in great condition, their consideration of your comfort while there is fabulous!
You guys are great. I love all you guys , including my favorite dentist ever😃😘 I would always be afraid of going to the dentist. But ever since I have been going to doctor Shane and his staff , I am not afraid anymore. All you guys always make me feel loved and welcome . Costa Family does a superb job of providing fantastic dental expertise to its customers/patients. However, they have a tendency to ask too many questions that are irrelevant to the patients needs and concerns. Consider it, unwanted small talk, where it can sometimes, be too personal and it can be petty. It is insincere communication.

Really like Dr Costa, but the dental hygienist was not set up for a Peds patient. I came a little late to my daughter's teeth cleaning appt and she was hysterically crying. They were trying to take XR and the bite plates were hurting her. When there was an issue, they should immediate try to size down. They tried several times and finally someone else walked by to give the hygienist a smaller size. Not sure if I will have her teeth cleaned there again. She was traumatized by the experience. I needed one simple piece of information from your practice to help me determine whether or not I would like move over and become a patient. And I likely would have moved my entire family over. But, the fact that you made me come in for an unnecessary appointment, complete several pages of unnecessary paperwork, provide personal information that was not germaine to my need in any way shape or form, and wait 30 minutes to get an answer to a question that was rather matter of fact and pro-forma to generate was a complete turn ... read more
