Fantastic dentist! Whole team is outstanding!
The provided service is great but the service charges and the extra charges are really over the top. Every time I come in there is always a way that extra money is required. This is in comparisons with the my previous and local dental practices. I understand the cost needs to be covered but please stop making excuses to charge your patients for it. Having swanky offices and equipment is great but please focus on providing the value for your service.
I had a dental emergency, called Dr. Costa's office, and had absolutely no problem getting in the same day. Wait time is very important to me, appointments here are always started promptly.

Dr. Costa and his staff are VERY friendly, competent, and expedient. As "brand new" patients, we both had the usual "butterflies in the stomach" when getting our cleaning and semi-annual check up. Too much electronics on every wall. Too many mailings telling me how wonderful the office is. Lousy music and advertising. How about a little peace and quiet.
Costa Family Dentistry is very professional and welcoming. They take their time w/ each patient and make sure all questions and concerns are dealt with. The work has been very good and thorough. They discuss potential situations/problems with the patient but don't push extra services on the patient.
