All of our family continues to be highly impressed with Shane Costa and his team of dental professionals. We've never had anyone do as well as his team. Whether it is for a cleaning, or possibly, something more intensive... the care never varies ~ Patients always receive "First Class" attention from Registered Dental Staff or Dentists. 'Five Stars' seems to be the limit placed by this review service - We say "TEN STARS!" ... a Great Falls way of saying 'This is The Best D.D.S.!" Period.
I have recommended this practice to others. However, other people have mentioned that this practice is expensive and not competetively priced with other dental practices in the area.
You all always are warm, friendly and sensitive to my every need. I got lots of advice, but must have forgotten my handout with the recommendations. Would you be able to send that to me. Thank you.
I was charged for Floride treatment and then was told later this was not covered by my insurance. While the amount ($45) was not the issue it was the fact that I was never told this was an optional item due to age based limits in insurance. I have had the same insurance for several years and come to Costa, but this issue seems to be an ongoing thing.
Dr Costas and his crew are the best in the area, it never feels like a typical dental office when im there, they treat everyone so well and the place has such a great vibe and the staff is absolutely amazing and always friendly.I would recommend them to anyone without question.
