Competence and professionalism are exemplary. Enjoy coming for my visits ... which seems rather strange when talking about dental appointments! Patient-focus starts at the top and is clearly transferred to all staff as they come on board.
Costa Dentistry provides excellent dental care with a very courteous and professional staff. The dental office is very clean and inviting. I arrived on time and was seen on time. The dental hygienist was kind and showed me around the office. The dentist, Dr. Costa, made sure to talk to me and make me feel welcome as well. All in all, the experience was very pleasant, so I'm definitely happy that I've found my new dental office in Virginia since I just moved here. I came for my first visit to your office and the intent was to get a routine cleaning. The person who took my xrays and measurements was not trained on your systems and it took her 45min to complete the xrays and an additional 15 min to take measurements. The recommendation was that I needed deep cleaning and I believe that to be the correct diagnosis. Your dentist, Dr. George, was clearly qualified and very pleasant. The hygienist and the dentist made every effort to ensure my comfort -- they even have a comfort menu from which to choose (eg, iPod, headphones, water, blanket, nitrous oxide). They respected my time and were thorough in explaining necessary procedures.
Excellent care and service . It is a pleasure to have a dental appointment and have a great experience with the entire Costa team.
Always on time, hygienists and dentists are very thorough and professional with great personalities - and are honest and trustworthy regarding what needs to be done.
