Transferring from a dental practice that focused more on the financial benefit to themselves than the well being of the patient I was impressed by the effort that was made to make me comfortable and assured that my needs would be a pivotal point of my treatment.

I had a very good experience with my first time at Costa. Unfortunately I hadn't been to the dentist for regular care since my dentist, Dr. Janet French, left the area a few years ago. Experiencing pain I called & was seen the same day. After taking X-Rays they actually got me in later that day for my first procedure. My only complaint is that I actually got the results of all the X-rays and the procedure explained to me by Kelly the tech rather than Dr. Costa. Kelly was very thorough and informative. Costa Denistry is simply the best! Great location, great staff!
The hygienist did a good job and my mouth felt good afterwards. Gentle touch. Dentist was thorough and helpful. The menu of things they offer you when you walk in (blankets, water, nitrous oxide etc.) was thoughtful, but a bit pretentious. Overall though, Costa seems to really understand customer service.
