My visit was totally fine. My only issue is afterward I realized I had been overcharged a bit, and talking to my family, it sounds like they have a history of doing that, which is concerning.

Since there is no box for comments, I'll leave it here - I have had significant problems getting information, return phone calls and accurate information from billing. Weeks go by before I get a return phone call - and sometimes to the wrong number. It has taken months to get billing questions answered (not because of insurance) and frankly there are some questions still unanswered and I've given up - just paid the bill (is that a trick?). It was my first visit and I was impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. It was bright and cheery and very relaxing. Kelly made me feel welcome and did the best cleaning I have ever had! Dr. Costa spent time talking with me and made me feel comfortable . We are very fortunate to have them here in Great Falls!

I love this practice! I had been experiencing some sensitivity on my right side to cold temperatures. I was a little nervous about the cleaning. The hygienist was amazing. She was very aware of my sensitivity and took precautions. I did not feel a thing. Dr. Costa and staff are great! I highly recommend them!
Very friendly and professional. Did not have to wait for more than 5 minutes for being seen.
