Originally opened in the small town of Carlotta, California, loyal fans would drive hours to get their Shamus T Bones fix. Eventually, the co-owners decided to open a larger location in Eureka, and they built their dream restaurant from the ground up right by the beautiful Humboldt Bay. RecommendedGreat ribs, juicy pork chops, very tasty mac-n-cheese, genuine drinks and yummy desserts! Enjoyed the straight up country music the entire time. Service, food, drinks, staff along with setting and scenery are top notch! Thanks for an awesome experience!
Awesome atmosphere. The waiter with the man bun should be fired. Food was excellent. Service was bad. But only this time. Before my last visit I had always received excellent service.

We were driving by on the way back home to WA and happen upon Shamus T Bones. The food is some of the best we have ever had. The steak was cooked perfectly and tasted heavenly.
