Ordered medium well prime rib and got bloody rare. Canceled the order after a reasonable wait. Never got my drink, and son got nasty drink, but felt bad about sending it back. Hubbies cole slaw tasted like dish soap, and the kids cheesy poratoes had so much garlic it was unedible. After everything they still tried to charge us the $30 for the prime rib, claiming "he forgot to remove it". gonna avoid Shamus for awhile!

Great customer service! Food was cooked perfectly!
I had the 12oz DA Ribeye Steak and it was the best piece of meat I had ever had. The Chili cheese fries were also a great choice. The waitress was nice and the place had a welcoming atmosphere.

Our food was served and then we never saw the server again. He never stopped by to check on us; never bothered to see how we were doing, etc. Had to get someone else to assist with obtaining our check. Very poor service; food was tasty but over priced — especially for this area!
