A truly outstanding supermarket Sham House offers a wide variety of products from fresh groceries to imported items all well organized and clean The prices are very competitive and the customer service is excellent with a friendly and helpful staff I always find what I need easily and shopping there is always a pleasant and convenient experience I highly recommend it to everyone
I dont like to write negative reviews, but my visits to Sham House in Northolt left me compelled to share my experience. I chose to visit multiple times despite their prices being higher than the market average. Unfortunately, the majority of staff displayed a consistently indifferent attitude, no warmth, minimal courtesy, and a lack of basic engagement. Great range of Arab products, clean butchers with good quality meat and a brilliant bakery! Highly recommend.
